Planets and Jerry's apples

Jerry picked Ruma Ono some apples this weekend. We used our problem solving skills to figure out how we could share 8 apples equally between 16 people.  Tell your family how we solved the problem using fractions and doubles.

Today all 17 of us were at school, plus both our teachers. So this is us in all our glory! Aren't we a good looking bunch? We have welcomed Dylan into Ruma Ono as he started on the first day of this term.
